Oval tube insert made of plastic by injection, intended for plugging profiles. The insert is composed of an external part protruding beyond the profile and an internal part, the so-called core, driven into the center of the profile. The matte structure of the upper part of the insert gives it an aesthetic appearance. The rough surface prevents scratches in collective packaging. The lower part of the insert consists of a core and protruding "lamellas". When driving in the insert, the lamellas adjust to the thickness of the profile wall.
The material from which we make the inserts is Polyethylene - a material with universal application possibilities. Polyethylene is characterized by low abrasion while maintaining resistance to environmental stress corrosion cracking, high dimensional stability even at low temperatures, very good chemical resistance and low water absorption. It is resistant to changing weather conditions and UV radiation. It is also characterized by good electrical insulating properties. Polyethylene is a completely physiologically neutral material, so it is fully approved for contact with food.
Inserts are widely used in structures made of steel profiles, fencing systems, some machines and devices, workshop furniture, playground equipment and other elements of garden architecture. They are used in the furniture, machinery, electrical engineering and construction industries.
