Self-closing hinge for heavy gates, distance 6-25 mm/70 kg (TCHD1AS3BT)

Self-closing hinges (TCA1L2 model) designed for gates and wickets, allows you to replace the hinge and the door closer with one product. It has two short sides that are fastened to a metal post and a metal gate. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it allows for attachment to narrow profiles.

Package contains 2 pcs.  

Properties:

  • distance between fixed post and gate profile, wicket s 6-25 mm (1/4" to 1"),
  • possibility of installation to a rectangular post,
  • load capacity up to 70 kg (for 2 hinges, max. wicket dimensions 1.8 m x 1.2 m (height x width)),
  • patented closing force regulator,
  • non-corrosive, stable in use,
  • material: durable polyamide, resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions,
  • internal spring made of stainless steel.
