Essential accessories for mounting the net
Mesh fencing is the most popular and most commonly used fence due to its low cost, ease of construction, and the possibility of making changes and repairs. We offer accessories for the assembly of mesh fencing, which are essential elements when erecting a fence. To build a woven mesh fence, you need: tension wire, caps for fence and support posts, clamps, wire tensioners, tension rods and screws for securing the rods. In addition, a wire holder is important. All of these elements are in our offer, so our customers can buy the necessary components in one place.
Fence mesh assembly instructions
- Mark the intended location of the fence with string and stakes. The distances between the posts should be 2.5-3 m. The recommended distance between the starting post and the tension or corner post should not exceed 25 m.
- Drill holes in the substrate at the posts, 50-80 cm deep and 30 cm in diameter. Connect the starting, tensioning and ending posts to the support posts at a 45° angle at about 2/3 of the height from the zero level. Place all the intermediate posts and pour concrete. Carry out further work after the concrete has hardened.
- Install tension wire clamps and tensioners on the starting and ending posts. Attach the upper tension wire to them and then tighten it with tensioners. Install screw fixed wire holder or pin fixed wire holder on the intermediate posts in the wire line.
- Pre-stretch the net, braid or bend the upper ends of the net onto the tensioned wire. Install the middle and lower tension wires so that they pass through the wire holder placed on the posts and in the mesh weave, then tension the wires using tensioners. Put the tension rod through the net and tension it until the desired tension is achieved. Lock the tension rod in the eyelet of the mounting screw.
